Row 9: Ch 2, 6 hdc, inc. [7 hdc, inc] 9 times. Sl st to join. (90 sts)

Fasten off and weave in all ends.

Veins-

Using red yarn (single strand) and 2.5mm crochet hook;

Make several different size chains. From ch 3 to ch 12.

Make as many as you would like. Leave long tail to sew.

Using yarn tail and needle, sew the veins onto one side of the bag. These can be placed anywhere,

preferably from row 9 inwards.

Use small chains to add to the longer chains. Get creative!

Assembly-

Place the two ‘eyeballs’ together, right side facing out. Using 5mm crochet hook, attach red yarn (double strand) and sc along the edges for 65 sts.

Ch 45 and sc into the first red st made. Sc back along the ch. Sc into last st made before ch.

Now sc along the top two sides individually. Fasten off and weave in ends.

You are more than welcome to customise this anyway you like. For example, crocheting a full white circle for the back of the eye with 'veins' on.

You are now finished your Eyeball Halloween Trick or Treat bag!

I hope you enjoyed making it as much as I did!
